:( Sad Today
This morning I dropped off Little E at daycare knowing I won't see him again until Monday night. Normally I'd be kicking up my heels and saying WOO FUCKING HOO! Not so much this weekend. Tomorrow is his 1st birthday. For the first time in almost 14 years I won't be with one of my kids on their birthday. :( I'm down in the dumps right about now. Hopefully someone will be able to pull me out of this funk soon.... Anyways, Happy Birthday Little E, I love you!

happy birthday to E! i know you're missing him, BUT it's a good thing he has a daddy who WANTS him in his life AND thus far anyway, seems to be pretty drama free at that.
chin up! read a book or something. may i suggest John Irving's Until I Find You? it'll EAT UP your weekend with yummy, although freakish, goodness and E'll be back 'fore ya know it!

What a sweet boy! I know it must be hard not to be with him on his birthday, but thank God he has a father who cares about him. Lucky boy, and lucky you.

Your little one is so adorable! And I know how you feel. I have 3 kids and my daughter was with her father on her 15th birthday ~ the only time I have ever not been with my kids on their birthday ~ that was 2 years ago and I am still sad over it.
