This is just a public service announcement to let you know that even though the pharmacist assured me it was ok to take them together, Prednisone and Wellbutrin DO NOT make a nice drug cocktail. My head is all sorts of swimming and I feel a little retarded, which would be ok if I was at home, but I'm at work. Perhaps I need to add a Vicodin to the mix just to really get me outta whack!
That is all, carry on with your day.

hmm... prednisone is a steroid with substantial long term effects, so I hope you aren't going to be on that for long...
Wellbutrin? I was on Paxil for a short time, and experienced what you felt... that swimming feeling... plus another problem it left me with... :o(
~shoes~
You're right shoes, prednisone is evil, but I'm only on it for two weeks. About once every 6 months this skin crap that I have gets out of control and I have to go on a two week treatment, along with some cream that they told me would "melt off my skin" if I used it for more than two weeks. It sucks, but it's the only thing that we've been able to find that seems to work.
As far as the wellbutrin is concerned, I can't seem to get below half a pack of cigs a day on my way to quitting, plus I'm pretty high strung, so it's my cop out. Besides feeling a little retarded, it is actually working... No other side affects that I can tell yet, besides insomnia. The label says could make you drowsy, not in my case....
I was never a fan of wellbutrin, xanex on the otherhand i found to be the miracle worker.
Wellbutrin never did anything the doctor told me it would, so I just stopped taking it.
but xanex always works lol(well, for me anyway lol).
Lol Noelle, I'm still not sure how I feel about it. As Completely Clueless just said though, I am feeling a little less like I need to kill someone... We'll see. Clueless, you're killin me with your Blue Cheese Ass cigarettes.... Vicodin and Vodka can be achieved at any time in my house though.....
I was going to say send some my way, but, eh, I'll pass. lol
Hope you feel better soon.
